To distinguish from one-time
events, the long-term or annual activities organised by the Association
are termed „projects“.
These include:

| The exhibitions
that were organised by the Adalbert Stifter Association and presented
at various locations, |
|
|
| the Art
Prize for Czech-German Understanding, which is awarded to persons
every year, who devote themselves to the breaking down of prejudices
between Czechs and Germans, and who promote bilateral understanding
and co-operation, |
|
|
| the restoration
of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau park, where Karl Kraus was inspired
and wrote many of his most important works, |
|
|
| the assignment
of up to four scholarships a year to students, scientists or artists,
whose works focuses on German culture in Bohemia , |

|
|
the theme for 2004:the
cemeteries of the former german population in Bohemia, Silesia and
Moravia,
