was
born in Regensburg in 1968. He studied history and Political
Science in Regensburg , with focus on twentieth century foreign
policy and dictatorships. He was promoted to PhD at Regensburg
University with a thesis on relations between the former East
Germany and Czechoslovakia . He did further educational studies
at Bohemicum, Regensburg and was active at Tandem, the co-ordination
centre of Czech-German youth exchange programmes in Regensburg.
He acted as an expert advisor to the office of the Czech-German
Fund for the Future in Prague .
He has been active
as the culture advisor on the Bohemian lands at the Adalbert
Stifter Association since April 2002.
